Advertising Terms and Conditions
- Listing Placement on Pages: Top placement goes to the highest paid advertiser. In the event of a tie, top placement goes to whoever has the longer history of advertising on us.
- Listing Placement changes can take effect at any time.
- All customers must sign a minimum of a three month contract and pay for such in full before any advertising begins.
- All contracts will be automatically renewed with same package unless otherwise noted.
- Cancellations must be received in writing 10 days prior to the auto renewal date.
- Any customer who is 15 days late in payment is subject to having all ads/links removed
- Prices are subject to change at any time.
- We have right to refuse any advertisement.
- Customers have right to cancel their advertisement with the proper notice as described above, and we have right to cancel any advertisement with prior notice at any time.
