Blank ceremony tape

Review:
The atmosphere was set up really nice. The pictures turned out nice. The ceremony started 30 min. lates, this was very upsetting. The were really rude with keep asking you for a tip! You do not ask for tips your receive them because people WANT to give to them to you. They even hand you envelopes for the tips. RUDE! The once diaster was once I arrived home my ceremony tape was blank!! I am in the process of contacting them to see what happened. Was it because of the tip!!!!
