Special Bad Memory

Review:
Half year ago we had wedding there and I still remember the special bad experience so I decided to write a review. We visit the chapel the day before our wedding. The lady didn't even have a smile but simply answered few questions with a cold face. We had some add-on services in our contract which were all missed on the wedding day. The skill of the photographer was not good (my family and friends actually took better pictures after the wedding). The DVD video titled with the wrong names of us. We sent emails few days after the Las Vegas trip asking for the missing webcast and Souvenir Marriage Vows, also correction of our names in DVD. No reply till we asked again few days later. They re-sent the DVD but names were still incorrect. They also sent a peice of paper ( Souvenir Marriage Vows) which had totally different wording from what we said on wedding day. My friends never got a chance to watch our wedding from internet as I promised them! The building itself was not bad (no pictures allowed in and out of it though). If you want a good memory, not here!
