A rainy day in the desert

Review:
The staff rushed us through our ceremony and did not even play our song in it's entirety. The song was meaningful and symbolic and they didn't even play it. Three minutes, is all it would have taken them and it would have meant a great deal to us.

We were the last ceremony of the day. The staff brought the equipment in earlier because of the rain and had convinced other clients to use the inside facilities even after the rain stopped. More disappointing, the minister actually lead me to believe that it was raining outside. They didn't want to re-set the camera and microphone for ONE CEREMONY. When they had us in separate dressing rooms, the minister came and told me that it was raining and that we wouldn't be able to have the wedding on the terrace. I was in a inside room and I had no way of confirming, nor any reason to doubt what I was being told, buy my fiance' was in clear view of the outside and had access to the radar via iphone. It was not raining. The minister just did not want to take the camera and microphone equipment back outside. And as a mater of fact, she DIDN'T. We had our beautiful terrace wedding. We tipped her anyway and we're happily married anyway! The minister just shouted the vows from the back of the balcony. And our music played on a little boom box that sat on a chair next to her. She played the music for about 20 seconds (just long enough for me to get to the alter).
