Title:
Could have been better
Review:
We bought the $299 package (tax not incl.) and the only thing we liked about the experience was the beautiful outdoor garden gazebo at night We booked our wedding through the www.chapelsoflasvegas.com. Their website says that the recommended tip for the minister is $50, however we were handed an envelope by the Rev. that had $75-$120 as the recommended tip. Also the website recommended $40 for the limo, however the limo had a sign saying their recommended tip was at least $50.

Jeezus! Really? What the heck do you expect for a $299 package. That's a basic (very small) deal. You get what you pay for. Quit complaining!

$299 package. Warning: two photos are included in the package, but they try to sell you an additional photo. The receptionist makes you think it is mandatory to buy it. If you don’t want the additional print, tell them.

The whole ceremony and process seemed very rushed, even though there was no one else waiting. The vows were basic and we were not told the proceedings in advance. Pictures were ok and we received a digital video tape.

The Rev. did not introduce himself and it all seemed very clinical. On the phone I was told we would have a civil service however the Rev. was very displeased when we asked him to not wear his priestly robes. We felt very uncomfortable because of this and the lack of consideration.
